Directions:
Heat frying pan over medium heat
Cook meat for 2-3 minutes each side, or until meat is colored brown
Remove meat then set aside but keep warm
Add the wine, soy sauce, ginger, chili sauce and honey to the same pan without washing the pan then cook for 3 minutes
Return the meat to the pan and cook on each side for 1 minute
Simmer until the sauce thickens and pork is cooked through
Remove from heat and put it in a serving dish
Serve with rice and greens
