Stir Fried Broccoli

These greens are almost obligatory when we serve Asian dishes. This is simple and healthy stir frying vegetable recipe.

Ingredients

  • 350 g of broccoli, washed and drained
  • 1 tbsp of peanut oil
  • ¼-½ tsp of salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
  • Oyster sauce
Directions:
Heat oil in a wok
Add garlic, salt and stir fry until it starts to turn light brown
Add vegetables, stir, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring
Transfer to a serving dish and dot a few drops of Oyster sauce on top
Serve while still hot with white rice
